At Darul-Uloom, we receive many applications each year. Each application is carefully evaluated by our Admissions committee.
School Registration Information
Office Hours - 8:30am to 11:00am and 2:15pm to 3:30pm Monday thru Friday
Registration Fee - $500 per Enrollment
Tuition Fees (parent contribution) - $6200/year or $520/month with auto withdrawal (void check for monthly withdrawal)
Admission at Darul-Uloom is based on a combination of the following:
Submitting all documentation
Pass entry test
Successful student interview
Past school performance: current report card or transcript and final report card from the previous year
Teacher recommendations from previous school
Once the application has been reviewed and an appointment has been assigned, the applicant can visit the school for a tour.
Step 1: Applying
To apply at Darul-Uloom, one must fill out the online application and medical form. If a print out of the application is needed or the online form is not available, please fill out the contact us page with a brief message. Review the checklist of documentation that you will need to provide before the interview can be scheduled
Step 2: Follow-up
Once all the documentation is reviewed we will contact you if more information is needed.
Step 3: Interview
Upon review of the completed application and supporting documents, you will receive a letter requesting an in-person interview. The Admissions Committee performs a personal interview to determine whether an applicant will have success at Darul-Uloom. The committee will arrange an entrance test for the corresponding department that the student is applying for. The applicant and guardian(s) will be given a tour of the school during the visit to the campus.
Step 4: Fees / Donation
If everything goes well and the family wishes to enroll their child at Darul-Uloom, an installment plan will be setup for tuition and the student will be scheduled to report to his class.
Step 5: Records
Review the checklist of documentation (original documents) that you will need to provide after approval. A student record will be maintained from the date of enrollment.
Proof of status in Canada
If applicable, medical record or analysis
If applicable, any prescription for medicine
Current students will need to fill out a re-enrollment form for the following academic year.
